If you have an ipod or similar sized gadget here's a cute pattern which can be made out of any sock yarn
MATERIALS
a small amount of sock yarn (possibly left over from socks or other projects)
1 pair of 2.5-3.5 knitting needles
1 pair of 2.5-3.5 knitting needles
K = knit
P = purl
P = purl
PATTERN
Cast on 30 stitches of yarn.
Each row is KPKP all the way across. Repeat for 42 rows (12cm).
Continue the KPKP pattern whilst casting off.
Fold in half and seam across the bottom and all the way up the side.
Leave the top edge open and slip your iPod or other gadget snugly inside.
I think it would be absolutely beautiful using noro kureyon
