Okay... here's my new sock pattern for Noro Kureyon sock yarn using 5 dpns :)
I've adapted my original pattern (which used 4 dpns) to my new favourite method.. (using 5) and the pattern has been used on sock 2 :) with great success...It's a plain pattern which, I feel, shows off the beauty of the yarn...
Pip's Pattern for socks using Noro Kureyon
You will need:
A set of 5 double pointed needles

Cuff and Leg
Cast on 60 sts and divide over 4 needles, 15 sts each. Join into a circle for knitting your first row, being careful not to twist

That yarn is GORGEOUS. Good call on the 5 dpns--once you go 5, you never go back. ;)
ReplyDeletealright... what's the secret for getting your colours to match up PERFECTLY? LOL It's almost like you planned it that way! :P
ReplyDeleteUnwind the yarn until you reach the same starting color. Save the excess for some other project. All space dyed yarns have a repeat.
DeleteLooks like it is time to cast on a pair; those are pretty!
ReplyDeleteHehe.. I'll never admit to being a sock matcher!! So.... I'm goin to say... They just came out that way ;)
ReplyDeleteLovely colours!
