For the past few weeks it's been the usual January scenario of leaving the house in the dark and getting back from work in the dark. Today, however, I arrived back at around 5 o'clock and had this view from my back door...

Okay, I know it's nearing darkness... but in a very pretty way and it was light enough for my camera to take the shots (which it doesn't usually do for sunsets!)
OH...that is so beautiful, in an unreal way. the creeping orange in the top photo is great, but that silhouetted tree against the orange and pink, really beautiful shots, pip!
