Bonfire night

The dam at Cwm Elan was overflowing beautifully today so I caught a shot for Macro Monday...

We wandered through the woods keeping an eye out for wild mushrooms; I'm only sure of a couple of varieties so wasn't holding my breath..

Then down through Elan Village to see if there is a fire built for bonfire night. Luckily there is so we'll probably go there for the event :)

  7. We are going this evening. In spite of regularly walking in and around the area (including last Tuesday in fact), have never been on Bonfire Night before as the weather forecast has usually been dire...but not tonight!!!Can't believe our luck.
