My Macro Monday offering this week is a tiny love-in-a-mist flower determined to exist this late in the season... with a fragile strength and in a ghostly form (as it's pure blue colour has been muted)
What makes yarn specifically sock yarn, I wonder. I have knit a pair of sox, she added proudly. One is a bit bigger than the other, I must confess. But they are lacy and I got lost. :-) I used Rowan Silk 'n Wool. Bright red. Which was a mistake. Don't hips make gorgeous pictures. Halfway puts you on the Isle of Wight, no?
I love rose hips---even more than than roses! Is that weird? Thanks for visiting my newly hatched blog! Love yours and will be back =]

Beautiful photos Pip... love the way the orange rosehips have the russet bricks as a blurry backdrop... beautiful.
